Weeks after the opening of Forever 21, Payless finally opens its first store in Festival Mall in Alabang. The date to remember is July 30!
SSI, w assures us that shoes is as cheap and might be even cheaper since they will be shipping from source. After all, Payless is known in the US as an affordable shoe and accessories store. SSI also aims to open additional stores within the year. In their list is Megamall and Rockwell.
Payless carries brands like Dexter, Airwalk, Smartfit and Zoe & Zac. Manila stores will also carry Payless collaborations with Isabel Toledo, Lela Rose, Sex and the City costume designer Patricia Field and Project Runway’s Christian Siriano.
I wonder if they'll have these here?
